I was on the "Rock" for awhile, Camp Hanson. It was really wild in the 60's as you had all the showershoes w/ starched utilities heading south to Danang and salty Marines returning from Nam who hadn't got laid or drunk in 13 months, a brawl in every slop-shoot. Kim Village outside the gates had a skivvy house on every corner and all the bars were named after a state. Brings back memories and also shows my age.
